2 cans chickpeas
3 tbsp tahini ( sesame paste)
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic gloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 c olive oil , 1 tbsp diced parsley ( to serve )
pita bread
-combine all ingredients except for olive oil, parsley and pita bread in a food processor. process until u get a smooth consistency.
-plate and garnish with parsley and olive oil.
-serve with pita bread and enjoy !!
